What do parties include? - Music, dance and whatever the birthday student wishes.
What time are the parties? - 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM
What type of food? - Parents can bring any desert they choose and we can order pizza and soda in advance (the pizza can be cut into sixteenths). Parents pay the delivery man for the pizza when he/she arrives.
What does MTCFA supply? - We will supply tablecloths, plates, cups and plastic spoons and forks. We will set up, serve and clean up. If the parent wishes to have a themed “Happy Birthday” plates etc… then they must bring them along.
How much are the Birthday Parties? - Party prices are $185 for current students and $205 for outside clientele.
How many children can be invited? - Parties include up to 15 participants and $10 for each additional child.
Deposits? - A $100 deposit must be taken at the time of booking in order to reserve the space. The balance will be processed or be paid by cash or check, on the day of the party prior to events.
Who supplies the refreshments? - Party parents are responsible for all drinks and refreshments.
Do you supply invites? – No, however MTCFA does provide directions and a release form that must be filled out for every and each guest atte
nding in order for them to join in on the fun.
